Journey from the outer world 
To the inner sanctum where My Presence dwells.
Experience being drawn into the vortex of My love 
 Removing fear, torment and strife.  
From this habitation issues 
The peace that passes all understanding, 
And the rest of wholly existing in My dwelling place. 
 Sheltered from the devouring locust, 
And the deadly scorpion.

It was from this, his stronghold, 
David discovered the strength to slay Goliath.
Truly he knew the power of the secret place.
From this abode he was able to endure,
And overcome all adversity
Until the day he fully matured,
Unto his anointing for Kingship.

To those who have ears to hear, 
This is the secret of conquers who live
In the world, but are not of the world.
The outer world of flesh and carnal thinking
Can solely be overcome by dwelling 
In the inner world of the Spirit,
Where all the mysteries of Godliness dwell; 
Eating from the Tree of Life, 
And drawing from the abundance of My provision.

Dare to journey to the inner world,
Mine silver and gold,
The banner of wisdom unfurl.
My hearers in safety will dwell (Prov 1:33)
In trials and tribulation
Your faith will not fail.
You will overcome by the knowledge of God,
And all storms encountered will pale
As you draw from the treasury of the Mighty One--
With eagles you will sail.
