Prayer For America
Repentance for America
Our forefathers created one nation under God, with liberty and justice for
all. These were men of high ideals, spiritually guided and
inspired to create a nation and a civilization to be admired and respected,
to set an example for the rest of the world. Under God’s guidance and
direction, they created a Constitution and a Bill of Rights for every man,
woman and child to live in freedom in the pursuit of happiness. Yet, these spiritual men were soon replaced by others who chose to
put their egos before God and to joust with God’s plan. We became a nation of spoilers, man against man, brother
against brother, government against citizens. We have become a nation of criminals and murderers...We murder the
innocent. We give up our
children to immorality. Our
leaders create laws to justify the murders, to rewrite morals and ethics to
support their own earthbound greed and desires. We have become a nation further and further from the spirit and
influence of God that not only refuse to recognize the spiritual nature of
man, but refuse to recognize the existence of God. We have taken You and Your works of prayer and meditation out of our
government, out of our institutions, out of our schools. We have done everything we can to deny Your existence, and we find
ourselves in a world filled with war, hatred, starvation and death. We are a nation at war with itself, filled with hatred, prejudice,
crime, drugs, and murder, and we are no longer that light on a hill to the
nations of the earth

Lord,
I come into agreement with your intercessors and with what you have
spoken from the mouth of your prophets that your will be done in our
lives, in the life of this nation, and even in the lives of our enemies
O
God, please forgive me for my part in the sins of this nation, and
through me send your forgiveness into the nation itself
Forgive
us for ignoring Your laws and removing You from our schools and
institutions
Please
forgive us in all the ways we have failed You, Lord
Because
of sin the land mourns, as there is little faithfulness, love, or acknowledgement of God in this nation
I
ask you to forgive us for allowing darkness to take over thrones of this
nation
Oh
dear Lord, I ask you to have mercy on America, on our children, on our
blindness, on our stupidity as a people that we have allowed evil men to
rule over us
Please
spread among us the consciousness of our own sins and unworthiness, and
grant us hearts to turn back to you
I
pray, bring conviction back, and may a spirit of repentance sweep across
this nation
Cause
the American people to shake themselves free from the filth, and cause
us to rise in morality and self-restraint
For
without Godly character our government and way of life can not stand
It
is written, when the enemy comes in like a flood, You will raise up a
standard against him
Lord,
raise up a righteous standard. Bring back morality and decency
Come,
Lord Jesus, I invite You and welcome Your ministry and your ministering
angels into our midst
I
call now on Your great mercy to flow once again over America
Call
us to You once more for blessed are those whom You call to approach You,
O God, we need Your help!
Breath
on us and make us a nation that hungers and thirsts after You again, and
who delight in Your ways, O Lord
May
your streams of healing flow once again like mighty rivers from your
throne into our lives, our hearts, our homes, our churches,
and the streets we walk upon
I
pray for protection from dangers and sufferings because of our sins for
you alone cause us to dwell in safety
I
thank you for your angels of war that are stationed to guard this land
You
have been good to us Lord, You have been our help in the times of
trouble--a shelter during the storms
Many
times You have healed, delivered, blessed, rescued America and set us on high
O
Lord, America has many enemies plotting her destruction from without and
within
But
this is not Your will or intent, and In the mighty name of Jesus I
declare America is not appointed to destruction
Lord, take
the reins of power
Throw
confusion into their camp that their evil plans and intensions for
America will fail
I decree in the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ that evil structures and institutions, and those pulling the strings behind the scenes to bring America down, will be exposed, shaken and fall
Lord
God, return the mischief of America’s enemies upon their own
heads—let their violence return upon their own plate
Let
the evil of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous
I
pray that the wicked will be shaken out of this nation and swept out of
the Earth
And
may their influence over the minds and hearts of the children and people
of this nation be nullified
Send
the hornet among them, Lord, that even those who are hidden will be
destroyed, and throw them into great confusion
Give
their kings into your people’s hands and wipe their name from under
heaven that they may trouble us no more
Lord
God, cut off the strength of the wicked, but increase the power of the
Godly in this nation and upon this planet
I
pray for the righteous to rise and rule in this nation and in the earth
May
our leaders who want to do right be guided and supported by the
Holy Spirit
Please
illumine the minds of our leaders, showing them the mistakes they are
making, and guide this nation into the ways that will bring life
Thank You for uprooting and replacing many who used their positions of authority for evil purposes
And
replacing
them with Godly people who will do what is right and lead our nation in
the path of righteousness, peace and Godly honor in every area and level
of government.
Grant us even greater victory in 2012--more godly servants, and a President who has been prepared to lead this nation the correct way
I
pray for the House and the Senate, O Lord, give them Godly wisdom to
vote righteously, to birth laws that uphold freedom and liberty, and to
turn back those that are oppressive
The enemy has moved into our congress those who deny God; they have taken over our political process and are using it to destroy us
But now You are raising up a righteous standard against evil--You have placed righteous warriors in the congress
Holy Spirit, do mighty exploits through them. Make them victorious in all their battles against darkness that they may be successful in destroying the works of the evil one in our government
O
God, drive rebellion from this land.
Drive rebellion from the White House, the Congress, and the
Courts of this land
I
pray for the Supreme Court and every justice system, that all judges
will be given wise and discerning hearts that they may make decisions
that are right and just
I
declare there will be rivers of righteousness come forth out of our capitol
Where
there has been a well of filthiness, sorcery and hidden things, they
will be uncovered and cleansed
I pray for our President, his advisors and cabinet members, turn their hearts to righteousness and to do justice.
I pray for the removal of wicked counselors, and the raising up of those who will speak wisdom in the President’s ear.
Give
them hearts to embrace the ways of the Living God that this nation may
walk in Your blessings
Lord, I ask You to help those you have planted in the Senate and Congress.
Help them to walk uprightly before You and cause them to refuse all bribes and temptations for ungodly compromise
May they stand firm in running this nation according to Your word, ways and by Your Spirit
I ask for men and women that are so dedicated to You that they won't veer left or right; and that can't be bribed
Continue to prepare and give us anointed men and women who will be placed into key political positions in the 2012 elections, to lean this nation in the coming days in the battle of light against darkness on this planet
Give
us anointed men and women placed them into key political positions to
lead this nation in the coming days in the battle of light against

Those
who will make wise decisions that please the Lord God of Heaven that You
may bless this nation and not curse it
Lord God of Heaven, You rule over the kingdoms of men and place whoever You decide over them.
Please prepare and grant to America an anointed one with a servant's heart to serve as president in 2012
Who will walk in your ways effecting America's destiny for good
And who will rule righteously under the wise guidance of Your hands
Blessed
God, place it in the hearts of multitudes of intercessors and people in
this nation to cry for Your intervention in the political process
Raise
up an intercessory cry night and day that we may prevail in prayer
orchestrated by Your Spirit, Lord
Whatever
it takes to move you, O God, to intervene on behalf of America, I pray
You will supply it.
Grant
us the army that we need to move your heart
Confound
and weaken
the enemy’s cause, O Lord, that the righteous may prevail easily
Cause
America to be a witness and a light once more that we may show Your
wisdom and understanding to the nations
Restore
America’s beautiful silvery wings and her feathers spotted with gold
I
declare blessings on Israel, blessings on Washington DC, and the United
States and its people
And
blessings on all those in every nation of the world that walk in Your
ways and follow hard and close after You
Come
now and lead us down a path that will bring good fruit to this nation,
for it is intended to run on God, and liberty can only be sustained by a
people walking in Godly restraint
I
call upon you, Lord, You say we have not, because we ask not
I
ask for many Godly young and old to be prepared and called into the
political arena
And
anointed to affect the destiny of our nation for good
Send
America fire, Lord! Send
America rain!
I
pray, Spirit of fire, baptism of fire, return to our land again, and
baptize our young and old men and women so they will prophesy and see
visions and dream dreams
Come
and baptize even the Islamic youth of this nation so they cry Yeshua …
not allah!
Come, Lord Jesus, and blow Your breath into our households. Blow Your breath into every family member. Holy Spirit I pray for a visitation to every family in America. Release Your angels to set up camp round about our dwelling places, to deliver our family members far and near. Restore America’s families. Cause the prodigals to come home. You have been patient in the past with our family members who have resisted You, but now come in with great power Holy Spirit and save!
