Hope in Me, for I Am your defense, shield and buckler.
     I Am your exceeding great reward.
     I Am your help--your stronghold in times of trouble.
     I Am your fortress--your protector.
     I Am your peace, everlasting joy and Eternal Life! 

Your salvation is found in Me.
     I Am the Great & Mighty One!
     God your victory!  King of Kings!
     Lord of your circumstances!
     I stand before the throne of God
     Making intercession for you, the love of My heart.

I stand by you in your hour of darkness,
     And rejoice with you in the noon light.
     I give you My Name,
     Which is above every name.
     I uphold you with My right hand,
     And I Am a light unto your path.

Will I then forsake you before you finish the race?
     Will I abandon because of weakness?
     Will I ignore your cries for help along the way?
     Do I not well understand the warring of the flesh?
     I have overcome!
     Therefore, hope in Me!

 For I Am the way!
      It is in Me you shall stand.
      It is in Me you shall prevail.
      It is in Me you shall overcome,
      And it is only in Me you shall be saved--
      Through Christ who lives in you.
