"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit
But in humility consider others better than yourselves"  
Philippians 2:3

                         Lay down your life for your brother--
                     He is precious in My sight.
                        Do not think of yourself and your need
                          But say, "What does My brother need this day?"
              

           My Word declares, I already know what you have need of.
                Therefore, will I not be swift to meet your need
              When you lay down your life for your brother
          And lift his need to me?

                 Children, this is not the way of the world,
                  But I say to you:  "It is My way--
                  The way of the Kingdom."
                  Think of your brother as more important than yourself,
                  For "He who is first shall be last;
                  He who is last shall be first."

          Meditate upon this principle--
          Be a doer of My Word;
           Then you will see Me move quickly on your behalf--
          When you lift your brother to Me
          And love him as yourself.
