Children, 

Love is the bond of perfection.  In day's past I have seen you press in to know Me;
You have pressed in to understand My Word;
You have pressed into prayer and seeking My face;
You have pressed into hearing My voice and growing in My gifts;
You have even pressed into worship Me.

However I now say...when will you press into My love?
Do you not understand that love is the substance of perfection?
You may lack in many areas and love will cover,
But do not be found lacking in love,
For it is written "....love covers all sins." (Proverbs 10:12)
Love is the very essence of what I Am.
You will only know Me to the measure
You are willing to love one another.

You cannot pick and choose who you will love;
For surely, some are more desirable to your flesh than others.
However, I do not call you to love by the flesh, but by My Spirit.
I speak to you in this way as you can progress no farther in Me
Without laying down your life for one another,
Lest you become as clanging symbols and tinkling brass.
Search your heart!

Are you too busy and consumed with yourself?
Will you allow Me to reach out through you to one who is lonely,
Or needs My touch in that moment?

All you need do is repent and ask me to fill you with My love.
I will grant you grace to lay down that which hinders you.
I Am aware of your weakness, as well as the warfare of your flesh,
But I call you to maturity--
I have taught you well and you know what to do.
