Have you not heard--Mercy and Judgment kiss?
My children became wonders of mercy as judgment fell 
Upon my only begotten Son for their sake.

...I will have mercy upon whom I will have mercy,
And will have compassion on whom I will have compassion
(Romans 9:15)

Indeed you have received this gift,
Which flows from the unfathomable, unending depths of My mercy. 
You were chosen from the beginning to be a vessel of honor.

As I blissfully formed you in the womb,
My Spirit was lovingly, passionately singing over you,
Rejoicing in My plan formed before the foundation of the world. (Eph 1:4)

At the event of your birth the angels marveled,
And they were given charge over you,
To guard you in all your ways (Ps 91:12)

In due season I began enlightening your darkness,
And overshadowed you with My Spirit,
Giving you eyes to see and ears to hear the anthem of the universe.

You  have grown in wisdom and grace.
All your days I have kissed with mercy--
Extending unmerited favor and love.

I set your feet upon a rock that you were too weak to climb,
And raised you to a place of honor,
You could never earn.

I washed away the filth and clothed you in righteousness.
Crowning you with victory to be a sign and wonder-- 
For the heathen to behold and know that I Am God.

As you are learning to live in the secret place,
Glorious manifestations of My power, love, and mercy
Are working the mystery of Godliness within--transforming you.

Listen, and you will hear a voice whispering in the cool of the day.
Our hearts will sing together and begin to beat in unison.
Then I will set you on display before a perplexed world
As a wonder of mercy and a testimony of grace.
